Without the participation of female gender it is not possible for any country to grow up and increase their production levels. Even in china females are working with men's and giving the same level of performance as male performing in all fields of life. In Europe females even married housewives are working in factories, offices, hotels to earn money and they are not feeling any hesitation. But In Asia there are few countries where woman can not work freely. In Pakistan woman can not work as a opposite gender are working, there are so many restrictions for woman's to work with male and in open environment.
